Guidelines for delivery
All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive the order confirmation by email. You will receive an additional message when your order has been shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number that you can use to check the status. It may take 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 2 days of receiving your delivery confirmation, please contact us at vgucare@hotmail.com with your name and order number and we will investigate for you.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in original condition, and we will refund the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost of the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at vgucare@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We treat these on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
